Client Records: Maintain accurate client records with GoldCare&rsquot;s Client Profile which consolidates important client information such as demographics (name, age, gender, etc.), doctor contacts, income, service plans, funding sources, and more.
Assessments & Care Plans: Create client care plans using comprehensive assessment data. The integration between GoldCare&rsquot;s Assessment Information Manager and Care Plan Builder allows auto-calculated outcome scores, protocols and quality indicators from the former to generate care plans and services plans in the latter.
Referrals & Wait Lists: Admit clients to programs with GoldCare’s Admittance/Discharge/Transfer (ADT) application, which also stores referrals. These same referrals are integrated with GoldCare’s Wait List Manager, which allows you to track and prioritize wait list status by client, service/program, service provider, and more.
Contract & Financial Management: Manage each client’s service contracts and budget with GoldCare&rsquot;s Contract Manager. Contract details and rules can be accessed from GoldCare’s financial management applications, and used to issue service invoices.
Reporting of Results: Compile complex information into easy-to-read reports through GoldCare’s MYOR (Make Your Own Report), an intuitive report-builder that supports Microsoft® Excel, ODBC/Crystal reports and other export formats for information sharing with service partners.
